Blackstone-backed Aadhar Housing Finance refiles for ₹5,000-cr IPO

Blackstone-backed Aadhar Housing Finance has refiled IPO papers to raise ₹5,000 crore. The issue will combine a fresh issue of shares of up to ₹1,000 crore and an offer-for-sale component of as much as ₹4,000 crore. Blackstone will dilute its stake as part of share sale, for which ICICI Securities, Nomura, Citi, SBI Capital and Kotak Mahindra Capital are advisors.
