Blackstone-backed Sona Comstar to launch ₹5,550-cr IPO on June 14

Blackstone-backed auto parts firm Sona BLW Precision Forgings (Sona Comstar) will launch its ₹5,550-crore IPO on June 14. The price band for the IPO, which will close on June 16, has been fixed at ₹285-291 per share. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹300 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to ₹5,250 crore by Singapore VII Topco III.
