Bladder cancer breakthrough; At-home test detects 92% of cancers

A new study found an at-home urine test detected 92.2% of bladder cancers among 964 patients across seven NHS hospitals. The test showed 97.2% detection for high-grade cancers and detected all muscle-invasive cases studied. Researchers say it could support earlier, less invasive detection, but it cannot yet replace cystoscopy.
