Blast in AC led to the fire: Resident as massive fire at residential building kills 9

After a massive fire at a residential building in Delhi's Vivek Vihar claimed at least nine lives, a resident said, "A blast in the AC triggered the fire." Meanwhile, authorities are yet to confirm the cause of fire. The victims in the incident are said to be aged between 1.5 years and 60 years.
