Blast victims came to lab early from lunch: IISc official

After a researcher died and three others were injured in a blast inside an IISc Bengaluru laboratory, a university official said, "The four people...had come back earlier from lunch to celebrate the admission of one of them into the University of Texas." If the blast had taken place a little later, around 40 people would have been affected, he added.
