After a software engineer fell into a 70-foot-deep drain on Saturday and died, Noida's additional CEO Satish Pal Singh said, "This blind spot was accidentally left out. It is now being addressed." The entire matter is being investigated, and action will be taken against those responsible, he added. The man died due to asphyxiation while his father watched helplessly.
