Blind woman banned from Asda in UK for carrying guide dog to store

Asda banned a 32-year-old blind woman from its UK stores for allegedly taking her guide dog to store. Elanor Maxey recorded a video of her argument with the store's security staff, who also tried to grab her phone. Elanor said she was banned as she couldn't present 'Service ID' for carrying assistant dog. She claimed a 'Service ID' doesn't exist.
