Blinkit hikes notice period from zero to 2 months, makes staff sign addendum: Report

Zomato-owned Blinkit made several of its employees, especially senior-level staff, sign an addendum to their employment contracts increasing their notice period from zero to two months, Moneycontrol reported. Employees, which Blinkit for sure knows are going to a direct competitor, are now sent on a garden leave for two months or are relieved immediately to avoid leak of sensitive information.
