Shares of Easy Trip Planners Limited hits 20% lower circuit at ₹32.83, after nearly 24.9 crore shares (or 14% stake) exchanged hands in the company for ₹948.2 crore. It was earlier reported that promoter Nishant Pitti plans to sell up to 8.5% stake for ₹622 crore, equivalent to 15 crore shares, through block deals.
