Blood, water can't flow together at same time: Modi

While chairing a meeting with the Water Ministry to review the Indus Waters Treaty with Pakistan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday reportedly said, "Blood and water can't flow together at the same time." Further, India will expedite the construction on three dams — Pakal Dul Dam, Sawalkot Dam and Bursar Dam — on River Chenab.
