Blue Origin has fostered an "authoritarian bro culture" that has affected decision-making and has led to humiliating comments and harassment toward some female workers, a former employee told The Washington Post. A former executive also said the company's C-suite is "very dysfunctional, condescending". Several female employees told the Post they faced condescending remarks about their appearance.
