Blue tick on Instagram, Facebook apps to cost ₹699/month in India

Meta has expanded its Meta Verified service in India, a paid offering that lets users get a blue tick or verified badge for their Facebook and Instagram accounts. It confirms the account holder is real and that the account has been authenticated with a government ID. Users can purchase a monthly subscription for ₹699 on iOS and Android.
