'Blue tide,' a rare occurrence wherein luminescent marine life makes the sea appear blue, was witnessed for the second time this year near Juhu in Mumbai. The Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute has said that the occurrence of bioluminescence (emission of light by marine organisms) will be on display for the next two nights.
