B'luru man poses as software engineer, cheats Raj local of ₹1.76 crore

A man was arrested in Bengaluru for cheating a resident of Rajasthan's Udaipur of ₹1.76 crore, police said. He posed as a software engineer from Apple and told the victim he could get him iPhones at prices 30-40% cheaper than the market. Subsequently, the victim paid him the amount in instalments and got cheated. The accused was brought to Udaipur.
