B'luru reports 1,893 COVID-19 cases in a day, total cases at 81,733

Bengaluru on Wednesday reported 1,893 new coronavirus cases, taking the total number of cases to 81,733, the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) tweeted on Thursday. The death toll from coronavirus in Bengaluru rose to 1,339 after it reported 22 more deaths, the BBMP added. Currently, there are 33,148 active cases in Bengaluru, it further said.
