B'luru's once-dying Maragondanahalli lake revived in 72 days

Maragondanahalli lake in Bengaluru's Electronic City, which was once on the verge of being perished, has been revived in 72 working days by conservationist Anand Malligavad, with support from JSW Steel. The 21-acre lake was opened for public use on Monday. It had about 12 feet of sewage waste and about nine feet of sludge when rejuvenation efforts were initiated.
