BMC releases advisory amid heat wave alert in Mumbai

Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has issued an advisory to combat the ongoing heatwave in Mumbai, as the temperature is likely to cross 40°C. As per the guidelines, anyone suffering from heat stroke must immediately move to a cool, shaded place and take frequent cool showers. Drink water, use a wet cloth on the head, neck, face, the advisory said.
