BMC to demolish and rebuild part of Mumbai's 1st skywalk in Bandra

The BMC has decided to demolish and rebuild a part of Mumbai's first skywalk in Bandra (East), at a cost of around ₹16.2 crore, officials said. BMC reportedly took the decision owing to structural defects pointed out by a third-party auditor. The new construction will make way for an arm of the flyover that will land at Bandra Kurla Complex.
