BMC to go digital in healthcare with HMIS-2 rollout on May 2

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation will introduce the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS-2) on May 2, to modernise healthcare services. Under the guidance of BMC Commissioner and Administrator, the digital platform will be launched across all BMC-operated dispensaries. According to an official, patient records will be tracked using a unique identification number.
