BMC to set up its first pet cremation incinerator in Malad in 2 months

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is setting up a pet incinerator at cow and dog pound in Evershine Nagar, Malad, which will be operational in about two months. The price for pet cremation is yet to be decided, however, stray animals can be cremated free of cost, said reports. It will be an odourless and pollution-free process, said the official.
