BMTC to share real-time bus data with Namma Yatri, BIAL

Bengaluru's BMTC is finalising agreements to share real-time transit data with Namma Yatri, BIAL, and Tummoc via GTFS standards. Commuters will soon track buses through third-party apps. BMTC MD Raghunandan Murthy confirmed advanced talks are underway. Daily ridership currently stands at 45 lakh, up from 27.71 lakh before the Shakti scheme launch.
