BMW took 2 yrs to detect braking issue in 1.5 million cars: Report

BMW took more than two years to discover the extent of its braking system's problem that led to a recall of its 1.5 million cars globally, a report said. The recall, which was announced recently, is expected to cost the automaker €1 billion (over ₹9,306 crore). The affected cars include the ₹7.5-crore Rolls-Royce Spectres, and other models.
