BoA ends consecutive remote work days for all employees

Bank of America (BoA) will stop eligible hybrid employees from working remotely on two consecutive business days from mid-September 2026. Employees will still be allowed two work-from-home days each week, but those days must be separated. The bank says the change will improve collaboration and distribute office attendance more evenly.
