Board seeking legal advice: Zee on SEBI order on Chandra, Goenka

Zee Entertainment Chairman R Gopalan said the board is seeking legal advice on SEBI's order barring Essel Group Chairman Subhash Chandra and Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL) CEO Punit Goenka from holding directorial position in any company. The board is in process of reviewing SEBI's order, Gopalan said. Chandra and Goenka were banned for allegedly siphoning off ₹200 crore from ZEEL.
