Boat suspected of smuggling migrants capsizes off San Diego, 4 killed

Four people died and more than two dozen were injured after a suspected smuggling boat capsized off the coast of San Diego, officials said. The boat, with about 30 people aboard, broke off on a reef near Point Loma. "This was a smuggling vessel, used to smuggle migrants into the US illegally," said Jeff Stephenson, a Border Patrol agent.
