Fans of Bob Dylan who purchased copies of a $600 special edition of the book 'The Philosophy of Modern Song' will receive refunds from the book's publisher as the allegedly "hand-signed" copies weren't individually inscribed. "To those who purchased [the book's] limited edition, we want to apologize," Simon & Schuster said. As many as 900 such copies were published.
