Boeing plane lands with missing external panel in US, pics surface

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investigating how a United Airlines Boeing 737-800 lost an external panel before landing safely in Oregon, US. A post-flight inspection revealed that the panel on the underside of the plane was missing. No emergency was declared for the flight carrying 139 passengers because there was no indication of damage during the flight, United said.
