Boeing reaches agreement with workers' union IAM for 25% wage hike

Boeing has reached an agreement with International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) for the largest-ever 25% wage hike for all employees and 33% average wage growth over life of employees' contracts. Boeing is also creating three new job classifications and will upgrade employees based on their work. The agreement ended weeks of negotiations and possibility of a strike.
