Boeing's India variants different: Akasa Air CEO Dube on safety issues

After Akasa Air ordered 150 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft despite multiple security breaches including the mid-air window blowout incident in US, CEO Vinay Dube said the Indian variants of Boeing planes are different. "Our aircraft and rest of Boeing aircraft continue to get certificates of air-worthiness from the regulators not just in India but in US as well," he said.
