A photo showing a cloud of icy dust after a tourist threw boiling water into the air in Finland has surfaced. The tourist told Reuters he survived the attempt without burns as the water immediately turned into an icy cloud that drifted away. Finland has witnessed extremely cold weather this week, with temperature falling to −30°C on New Year's Day.
