Bombay HC cancels Luthra brothers’ bail in 2025 nightclub fire case

The Bombay High Court has cancelled the bail granted to Birch by Romeo Lane owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra and business partner Ajay Gupta in the December 2025 nightclub fire that killed 25 people. The trio were granted bail on April 1 but have now been given two weeks to surrender, during which they can seek fresh bail.
