Bombay HC may let 14 unrecognised Malwani schools run till 2027

The Bombay High Court indicated it may allow 14 unrecognised schools in Malwani, Malad West, to operate until March-April 2027 to avoid disrupting students' academic year. The bench questioned why authorities took no effective action despite issuing notices since 2019. BMC offered to accommodate students in nearby municipal schools. The matter is next listed in January 2027.
