Bombay HC orders EC to restore names of Goa family deleted during SIR in 10 days

The Bombay High Court at Goa ordered Election Commission to restore the names of Paresh Salgaonkar and five of his family members to the electoral roll within 10 days, after their names were deleted during SIR drive. Their names were deleted from the electoral rolls after their Form 8 applications for a change of address were rejected.
