Bombay HC orders removal of vile & abusive posts against Union Minister Gadkari amid E20 row

Bombay High Court on Wednesday ordered takedown of posts, including deepfake and AI videos, against Union Minister Nitin Gadkari over the controversial Ethanol-blended fuel policy. Granting interim relief to Gadkari, the court directed Meta, X and Google to ensure that the posts are taken down. "These posts, on the face of it, are abusive, vile and obscene," the court said.
