Bombay HC quashes cognisance order against OctaFX in ED case

The Bombay High Court quashed a December 2024 order taking cognisance against OctaFX India (now Tauga Pvt Ltd) in an ED case, ruling proper legal procedure wasn't followed. Justice Milind Jadhav directed the company to appear before the trial court on November 18. The HC also set aside proceedings for a Red Corner Notice against the firm.
