Bombay HC warns Mallya, says 'Come back to India else we won't hear your fugitive tag plea'

The Bombay High Court on Thursday said that fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya cannot challenge his status as a fugitive economic offender while staying outside India, observing that he's "avoiding the court's process". "You've to come back. If you cannot come back, then we cannot hear this plea," PTI quoted the HC as saying. "We're giving you another opportunity," it added.
