Bombay High Court halts Neville D'Souza football ground conversion

The Bombay High Court on Thursday halted the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation's plan to convert the Neville D'Souza football ground in Bandra into a convention and exhibition centre. The court directed the civic body not to take any further steps until the next hearing on September 18. "You tell us where the people will be playing football?" the High Court asked.
