Bonus shares issue creates value, doesn't take it away: Nykaa CEO

Nykaa Founder and CEO Falguni Nayar said the bonus issue in the previous quarter was equal for all shareholders and aimed at creating value and not taking it away. However, she conceded that the company erred in estimating the timeline of when the bonus shares could be traded. The issue stabilised Nykaa's stock price which fell 8% on November 9.
