Bookie dies by suicide over debts due to cricket betting in Gurugram

A 33-year-old man, who was a bookie and a real estate broker, allegedly died by suicide inside his house in Gurugram on Thursday, police said. The man shot himself in the head over debts he had incurred due to cricket betting, police added. "According to his neighbours, some financers visited his house on Thursday and created a ruckus," police stated.
