Bosch partners with TSF Group for advanced vehicle air systems

Bosch Ltd entered into a 50:50 joint venture with Brakes India and Wheels India for commercial vehicle air systems. The JV will focus on electronically controlled modules for air compression, suspension and braking systems. Operations are expected to commence by end-2026, subject to regulatory approvals, with the registered office planned in Chennai.
