Bottas to take pole position in Formula One's 1,000th race

Mercedes' Valtteri Bottas is set to take the pole position in the upcoming Chinese Grand Prix, which will be Formula One's 1,000th world championship race. Bottas, who leads the championship by one point from title-holder and teammate Lewis Hamilton after two races, registered the best timing of one minute and 31.547 seconds.
