Bought Venezuelan oil with full US approval post sanctions: Reliance

Reliance Industries has denied involvement in any arrangements that lead to cash payments for oil supplies to Venezuela via third parties such as Russia's Rosneft. Reliance said any purchases of Venezuelan oil were made with the full approval of the US government after sanctions were imposed. It added that such transactions do not lead to any consequent payment to Venezuela.
