Bowlers can be given extra over as reward for wickets: Gavaskar

Ex-India skipper Sunil Gavaskar suggested that bowlers could be allowed to bowl an additional fifth over as reward for picking up wickets in IPL. "This way teams will also try getting wickets instead of trying only to save runs being scored," he stated. Gavaskar noted that it'd give some advantage to bowlers in a format titled in favour of batters.
