Boxer Jadumani Singh advances to pre-quarterfinals at Asian Games

Indian boxer Jadumani Singh defeated Nepal's Chandra Bahadur Thapa in the men's 55kg Round of 32 match at the 2026 Asian Games on Tuesday. He won all three rounds and sealed the bout with three 30-27 scorecards and two 29-28 scorecards to advance to the pre-quarterfinals. Meanwhile, India are currently eighth on Asian Games points table.
