Boxing Federation of India rejects Anurag Thakur's inclusion in electoral college

Boxing Federation of India (BFI) has rejected former Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur's nomination for inclusion in the electoral college, which has been finalised for March 28 elections. It stated Thakur was "ineligible" as he violated a BFI notice and National Sports Development Code of India, 2011. Thakur was expected to contest the polls for BFI President post, PTI reported.
