Boy cuts ribbon before Turkish President at opening ceremony for tunnel; video viral

A video showing a boy cutting the ribbon before Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during the opening ceremony of a new highway tunnel in Rize has gone viral on social media. Erdogan can be seen jokingly tapping the boy on the head when he notices him holding the cut ribbon together.
