Boy with cerebral palsy tops J'khand Class 10 boards under specially abled category

Faizan, who is suffering from cerebral palsy, has topped the Jharkhand Class 10 board exams under the specially abled category with 93.8%. The boy, who writes by holding a pen in his mouth, said he could have scored even higher if not for the limitations caused by the condition. The results were announced on Thursday.
