BPCL to acquire 40% stake in Tiki Tar for ₹85 crore

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) signed an agreement to acquire a 40% equity stake in Tiki Tar and Shell India Private Limited for ₹85 crore. The acquisition, expected to be completed within 90 days, aims to strengthen BPCL's presence in the value-added bitumen market and expand its specialised road construction materials portfolio amid infrastructure growth.
