BPL team sign Jimmy Neesham for final, leave him out of the match

Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) team Fortune Barishal signed New Zealand all-rounder Jimmy Neesham for the final of the 2025 edition. However, they did not pick him in the playing XI. Neesham was speculated to replace Mohammad Nabi. Barishal went on to win the final against Chittagong Kings by three wickets in Mirpur on Friday.
