BPL to resume as players end boycott amid Najmul Islam row

Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) will resume on Friday as Bangladeshi players end boycott after meeting between Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) and Cricketers' Welfare Association of Bangladesh (CWAB). The players had earlier boycotted the tournament over BCB official M Najmul Islam's controversial remarks, demanding his public apology. BCB removed Najmul as the finance committee chairman.
